ARE YOU A EXCEL PRO?

This is a shot in the dark but here goes....

I am looking for a excel wizard who can help me. I need a macro or formula that can help select and easily enter names into slots I have allocated for roster spots. Basically I want to use a spreadsheet to help draft better. I am willing to throw a couple bucks someone's way..
