Yes I got it to work through Netscape. When I couldn't set the draft time in IE I just made them autopick to get the leagues registered. I then went back through Commissioner Tools to change to a live draft and still wouldn't work. I switched over to Netscape and went back into Commissioner Tools and it worked.

I registered an aytopick to see if it would work in netscape, and it registered, but the edit rankings page will not work. netscape and yahoo are having some glitches.
