i got all the way to the point of draft time and date but in that little date box its blank and it haves the month of march on the 28th

Do it through a different browser other than IE. Use Netscape, Mozilla, etc. It seems to be working then.

Some guy on the message board there sent an e-mail to the Yahoo, and they said they were "investigating" the problem.

Has Anyone At All Been Able To Set Up A Draft Time?
