Let me know where I need improvements and where I'm strong....I think it's a pretty well balance team.

I would look for some speed, and pitching. Your power, and average should be ok...especially if Vlady can put together a good season, and Bay gets back to his old form. As far as your pitching goes...Carmona scares me, i hope last season wasn't a fluke. And outside of Sabathia and Carmona your pitching is suspect. See what else is out there in FA, or try and make a trade.
