i just traded Braun for Santana, so my hitting is a lil weaker but do u think it can hold up? Who should i deal? I feel like im one hitter away from the championship (Leave your link and ill help)

Thanks for the help on mine. I had the same question marks about drafting Tejada as you, but I just looked at the fact that he's playing 81 games at Minute Maid, and he doesn't need steroids to find the porch in left there (300').

I like your team, I'm a little worried about your OF. I may try to trade one of your pitchers, since you're stacked there, for a stud OF - you may have someone who's in love with Lincecum. Or you could try to see if you can get a taker for C. Young. You're going to be fine with Santana, Peavy, and Young - or Santana, Peavy, and Lincecum.

I agree with the person above. I like everything about your team except for the outfield. Dye had a terrible year last year, and there is no way Rowand is going to put up the numbers he did last year. Not in that Giants lineup...he's got no protection. I would try to package one of your OF with one of you pitchers and go after an OF. You especially need an outfielder with some speed (Carlose Beltran maybe?) because I don't see anyone in your lineup who will even come close to winning your SBs.

I read none of the above comments so here is my unbiased opinion

In a H2H 5x5 I do not think you need to do that trade, Those leagues are won with hitting and pounding and pounding teams every week. This team is pretty good even after the trade. I think if you had Braun back you would be a top 3 team with the trade I think you will have to do some WW searching for an OF or UTIL to compensate for the Braun trade. I can't see you winning steals most weeks too. I'd peace out Karuda and maybe Garza and grab a closer if available, Howry? or possibly my sleeper 2B (Ian Stewart). When the season starts you should be able to manipulate this team to be the best via the WW. Stay active and you should be good. Nice team and no more trading STUD bats for pitching. That is a no-no in H2H 5x5

your gonna be hurting in sb , but youve got 3 good closers .

you may be able to pull off a title , but tinker with it to add some sb's. just a tavares would be fine.

actually i highly recommend you try to move dan uggla and try to land rickie weeks. then you could add luis castillo as insurance (waivers, no?). weeks could steal 50 this year (and pop 30). castillo can steal maybe 30 and score 100.

I see you're not going after the SB category which is fine in a H2H league, I guess.

Get an OF!! Augh, those guys make my eyes bleed.

I love the Braun for Santana deal. AL -> NL: Otherworldly #s; Braun: A sophmore with only half a season of MLB #s on his record.

Maybe try Peavy for Crawford straight up or Peavy + someone else for Crawford. Crawford can solve a lot of problems: he plays OF and he steals.

I'd say trade saves for some steals in the OF. If you're alert you will be able to find saves on the WW throughout the year. Teams that will do a lot of winning, like Arizona, the Cubs and maybe Cleveland, are likely to have at least one closer change during the year. Stay on top of those situations and you can still compete in saves, but finding someone to get SBs is a must.

I dig the Santana deal. Not saying Braun isn't going to be great, but he isn't as proven as Mr. Santana. I would try to move one of your "lesser" pitchers for an OFer with some speed and I think you'll be ok for the year.
