Owners needed for a Backwards League

Okay, here’s the deal:

Your mission is to create the absolute worst team you can, with a few caveats.

Your batters will be rewarded for their bad play (Errors, Strikeouts, etc.) and penalized for their good deeds (Homeruns, Stolen Bases, etc.). They will also accrue points for each At Bat, so you’ll want the worst players -- that get the most playing time.

As for pitchers, similar rules apply. You will gain points for each awful outing, and lose points when they dominate. Points are added for Innings Pitched and Relief Appearances, so once again, you’ll want the worst pitchers that pitch the most innings.
