i agree with the other people. you have a really good well balanced team. I don't think you should worry about your rp just yet cuz a lot of closer situations don't really work themselves out until after spring and through the first month of the season.
i wouldn't get rid of weeks. he is supposed to be this years comeback player if he can stay healthy. some are projecting as high as 30/30. if you want to get rid of someone i agree and think johnny damon is defintely expendable but through a trade.

ovbiously ur rp needs work. but solid infield. maybe you could package two of ur backup OF's for a decent low RP or a good of for a good RP

but otherwise solid team

you should be a contender if weeks stays healthy, he's the one to monitor. hes an absolute beast if he's playing. problem he has a history of doing the opposite.
