We use
R, Rbi, Hr, Sb, .Obp, Slg.
I think the above better represents a quality offensive player as compared to a 5x5.
It doesn't change a lot of values, but it makes players who just steal bases less valuable, and it makes players who just have average less valuable.
And
K, W, Sv, Era, Whip, IP
We have a max "starts" for a given matchup so it adds value to quality pitchers who go many innings, and keeps people from streaming.
