Help with maximum innings pitched

Postby wilbflip » Sat Feb 16, 2008 2:51 pm

I'm starting a new league and I'm trying to figure out the best way to set the maximum innings pitched limit. Right now, I have the roster set at 2 starters, 2 relievers, and 2 pitchers. I would really appreciate any help.

Sorry, it's three starters.

That's more or less the "standard" setup (standard: 2 SP, 2 RP, 3 P). Yahoo default is 1200, but we bumped ours up at 1300...if you keep the max IP low, then the usable SP pool is usually shallower since it takes less P to fill the IP (quality over quantity), but if you set to high of a max IP, then everyone is scrambling to find some decent P to fill their IP requirement (quantity over quality).

Hope this helps.
