Help with 7x7 or 8x8 H2H league

What are the popular or standard cats for 7x7 or 8x8 leagues? I don't want to switch it up too much from the standard 5x5 but I know the managers in my league will want more cats.

For batters, I like On-base + Slugging percentage.

For pitching, I think I like a K to BB ratio.

Holds, Losses, Total Bases, OBP. Looking deeper consider k/bb, qs, IP or switching to a points league.

For a 7x7, i would add OPS and BB for hitters and QS and BB for pitchers. For 8x8, I would then add K for hitters and L for pitchers.
