Top ten SS,your thoughts wanted.

Here's what i came up with.
A-Rod,of course
Nomar,solid
Tejada,change of scenery
Jeter,A-rods presence
Renteria,good #s all around
Furcal,scrappy base runner,will score lots of runs.
Matsui,relatively an unknown,*this guy could be a top 3 ss!
Cabrera,decent #s at #8
Berroa,AL roty,nuff said
Reyes,assuming he's playing at ss,young star on the rise?lets see.
Hon. mention,Valentin,his low average keeps him down here
Let the bullets fly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a bad list but if you think of keepers I think you have to move Nomar to the front of the pack since A-rod isn't playing SS anymore

He should still qualify as an SS in most leagues though, so I think you still put him at the top. In terms of keepers I can see your point, but there is still the chance that he plays some at SS this year (if Jeter gets hurt or if the Boss decides so, lol) so I think he's still worth placing 1st.

My question is in Yahoo, will he qualify at 3B from the start or do we have to wait until he's played 15 games there?

R-1 A-Rod
R-2 Garciaparra
R-2 Tejada
R-4 Jeter
R-7 Furcal
R-7 Renteria (steal in 7th round)
R-9 Rollins (auto draft-poor schmuck)
R-10 Cabrera
R-11 Matsui
R-13 Reyes
R-19 Aurilla
R-21 Berroa (I already had Matsui but I couldn't see leaving him on the board)

The position is very deep!

Does anyone else think Cabrera may not be as good this year? I don't know why, maybe its the Expos or maybe its not, but my gut keeps telling me to stay away from him. Would it be crazy to bypass O.C. and draft Kaz or Berroa instead? That's what I'm leaning towards right now....
