:-/ Wow :-/

I've said this before on here, there seemed to be a western-worldwide trend of shutting down loony bins in the 1970s and 1980s, they MUST start opening them up again.
Surely it is possible to figure out if someone is capable of going on a shooting rampage?

My best friend is a senior at NIU and I keep in contact with a few others that go there as well. I'm thankful none of them were around that building when the shootings occurred.
My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in the NIU community tonight.

A very fluid situation. Good Morning America just reported it as 7 dead now including the shooter.
