we will need some more information, but looking at it, it is a prettty good team. very strong in saves will smoltz AND williams but a little weak in the OF spot.
still need a little more info like # Ps starting. off the top it looks good, but like Bennyy said need to upgrade in the OF and also need to find a b/u C

i think that overall ur team is pretty good, that is if there are somewhere around 10 people in ur league. Your SP are strong in zito and millwood, but burhle might not produce as well as he did last season, while perez is a big 'if' in my opinion. Your Outfielders are decent, but may want to upgrade wilson.
