Looking for a Dynasty team...

I'm looking for a relatively simple (in terms of rules) Dynasty Team to take over. I'm an active participant, but this will not be my primary league so that is why I am looking for something less complex.

Specifically, I'm looking to take over the absolute worst team I can find. Preferably on Yahoo, but would be open to ESPN if the team is right for me, and to a much lesser extent, CBS.
