You definitely want equal weight given to pitching and hitting to avoid completely skewing draft values. You can do that by either adding another pitching category or weighting the pitching categories you do have (multiplying by 1.2 if you're going from 5x5 to 5x6, for example).
As far as what to add... well, there's categories that are good and categories that are bad but none are really good or bad for your league until you put them into context. You have to think about if you're creating any incentive for people to draft a certain way or play a certain way.
0-3 to 4-3. Worst choke in the history of baseball. Enough said.
