Top 10 Pitching Prospects

I am trying to gear up for the 2008 season and I was wondering if y'all could help me put together a list of the top 10 pitching prospects. In your top ten lists please focus on pitchers likely to make a major league impact this year. I am not asking that they pitch 150 innings or anything, but I would like to see players who are likely to be called up and pitch 50 innings this season.

Clay Buchholz, Joba Chamberlain, Johnny Cueto, Homer Bailey, Ian Kennedy, Franklin Morales, Eric Hurley, Adam Miller, Manny Parra, Jair Jurrjens

Each of these guys should see plenty of big league action this year. I presumed you wanted just starting pitching, otherwise I'd slide Chris Perez ahead of Jurrjens.
