Looking at Rhodes, Borowski, Mantei, Nenn, Nathan, Benitez...how would you rank them for keeper or redraft?

You have Rhodes too high. Perhaps he will be good but hasn't really prooved himself yet. Benitez, Mantei, and Borowski should be atop that list.
