Experienced owner looking for mixed league and online draft

Hey guys,

I am an experienced fantasy baseball owner and I am looking for a good competitive roto style mixed league. I would need the draft to be held online, when I don't mind. Hopefully a league that doesn't cost a lot of money and a league that has been active for a while. I am looking for a league that has keepers, with a minor league roster. I have three teams in a 16 team league available. This is our 6th season and it costs $30. We carry 28-29 players which includes 3 minors. You keep 7 players plus the three minors although 2 teams only have two of their minors still eligible and the other only has one. You would pick the others up after the online draft.
