John Lackey?

Everybody is labelling him as a borderline top ten SP. He is at least a top 5 SP. He strikes out, he's consistent, plays in a weak division, plays with a great offense, and does not draw a lot of walks.


he's basically what you look for in a SP.

I will go out on a limb and say he wins the AL Cy Young this year.

Lackey winning the AL Cy young really isn't going out on a limb, he was in the running last season.

keep in mind, hes already having arm troubles. something to watch for sure.

I'll go out on a limb and say he won't pitch 150 innings this year. Too many pitches over the last few years.

anyone like bannister in really really deep leagues? he was sorta serviceable last season during stretches, no?

I don't think I would consider Bannister in most formats, keeper or non.

Does anyone think Capuano is worth a last round pick? He has not gotten drated in any mock I have done so far.
