I could be wrong (maybe a four percent chance) but I don't think any of these guys have been drafted in the top 240 picks of my Mock.... at a site where pitching wins championships. So anyone who would want one of these guys can probably wait until round twenty-something to get one or more of them.

I play in a 16 team league, so I'm generally looking at guys 400 deep. Still, several of these guys ought to be ranked in smaller leagues. I'm projecting Slowey to be among the top 50 starters right now, for example. I'd encourage people to look at what he did in his starts at the end of the year last year, as well as in AAA in 2007. Garland I have at a similar level.
Garza, Marcum, Baker, Litsch, Sonnanstine, Germano, Gaudin I'm projecting 51-75. Solid final starter with good upside value.
I realize that none of them are being drafted. That's why we call them sleepers and why you can wait and draft them late, getting middle round value or better for a late round pick.

GTWMA, you really think Litsch has value as any kind of fantasy value this year? I really don't see much more than a 4.25 ERA with low K totals, and that's probably best case scenario. Janssen may be the one who pitches the most innings out of the Jays' #5 spot this season.
I do agree with Marcum, though, he could be a bit of a steal very late.
I certainly like the Shawn Hill idea given than his road numbers were slightly better than his numbers at RFK in an equal number of starts. I dunno about the Brandon Webb sinker comparison just yet, and the arm problems that have limited his innings the last few years are a concern, but he's intriguing as a late round pick. I'll watch his teammate John Patterson as well although I'm not expecting much there.
Boof Bonsor. Eh, maybe the weight loss will help. 7 k/9 ain't too bad so I'll keep an eye on him as a possible source of cheap k's in my 16-team league as long as he keeps his eye off the buffet table.
Wandy Rodriguez. Those home/road splits are bizzare. He showed some promise in correcting the home/away problem at the end of the year, going 2-2 with a 2.97 ERA, 1.22 WHIP in 5 road starts from mid-August to the end of the season. But the 7.78 k/9 is interesting.

You guys think Pelfrey is salvagable? .... i loved his potential when he was drafted but i have very serious doubts as him as a starter in this league... maybe in the pen? he just doesnt have plus or plus plus off speed pitches. and it seems like that great fastball has gotten more flat.
