I would prefer not to do an Auction. But if you wish to choose that, go ahead. The first two options in this poll refer to a traditional type of draft.

Slow draft on cafe. I'm sure all of us have lives. That being the case it would be difficult to set a time where we would all be free for a while to draft.

im going to say it would be IMPOSSIBLE to have everyone at a live draft, and it wouldnt be fair to the one person not drafting. cafe draft for sure.

You can always send a short queue to a commish or another league member for them to pick for you. Worse case scenario the pick would get skipped over and you'd pick when you reappear. That's how its working in my other cafe league (2 for 1 league) anyway.

You have 24 hours to draft once the owner in front of you has selected their player. That should be plenty of time. And you can also leave a list with another owner. ;-D
