Het, the Dodgers signed this guy to an NRI for ST. Anyone heard of him before? Could he be a sleeper?

Yes, Riley may be one of the top ten best Baseball Leftover threads ever, but there's no doubt the 3 HR one is in the top 3, IMO.
What's odd is I hardly participated in either!

No.
Baltimore wrecked him by making him pitch 188 innings at age 19.
He had a 6.53 ERA and a 1.76 WHIP last year in AAA at age 27. It doesn't matter what your K/9 is if you get smashed everywhere. If you can't do well in AAA by age 27, you should give up.
