Which guy has the higher ceiling? Which would you rather have in a keeper league?

Price has the higher cieling and better stuff, but is the riskier pick.

Yeah you'd rather have Gallardo being in the NL and being in an easy division.
It'll be interesting to see how well Price does in his first starts vs Boston and NYY

Price has better stuff so I'd say his ceiling is higher.

At least a year from the majors and lefties are slow to develop, Gallardo would have the higher keeper value right now if that is what you really are asking. If you just want pure Ceiling than it is Price but guys like Cabrera and Olsen have a high ceiling too and look where that got them.
