I think that Price's ceiling is probably higher, but I would still rather have Gallardo in a keeper right now simply because he has already had success at the MLB level.

Yeah you'd rather have Gallardo being in the NL and being in an easy division.

At least a year from the majors and lefties are slow to develop, Gallardo would have the higher keeper value right now if that is what you really are asking. If you just want pure Ceiling than it is Price but guys like Cabrera and Olsen have a high ceiling too and look where that got them.
