Agreed. Cashman is great. I loved the complaints by the Yank fans about him... I was hoping he'd go. But, I bet he's ensured a bit of job security now.

The more I think about it, this is what bothers me--the PR hit, and all these people talking about this alleged curse. Please. This has nothing to do with Babe Ruth and other made-up issues. It has to do with George's deep pockets, his willingness to dip into them, and a great rivalry.

Agreed. Theo should sit tight. We do have a budget, and it should be saved for July. Say we go get Vidro or another 2b, and then Manny breaks his arm diving for a fly ball (HA HA!, right!), and we don't have the cash to get a replacement? Let it go...
