Who are the 2B you are looking at later with similar upside? I don't see a whole lot. Felipe Lopez might be a nice flier given his dual eligiblity and the more hitter-friendly ballpark in WAS.

Weeks' ADP is around 110 right now, so you are definitely paying a price for his potential but it's definitely not a crippling price if it doesn't work out.

Weeks was a bad pick last year because players coming off of wrist injuries are generally bad picks. Sometimes one will pan out like say D. Lee mostly did last year but more times than not it is a big mistake. Weeks is a good pick this year, he is falling far enough in drafts that he can easily come out as a huge value.

I don't like Zimmerman or Pence this year for the same reasons I thought Weeks was a bad pick last year. Wrist injuries = wait a year before drafting just to be safe.

Not saying 2B specifically but rather in a larger sense. I would rather draft someone like Delmon Young, Jamie Shields, or Shane Victorino who have upside, had a promising year last year, and are around the same ADP on a quick mock I just looked at.
0-3 to 4-3. Worst choke in the history of baseball. Enough said.

I'd much rather have Weeks over those guys. Weeks is primed for a breakout.

Especially Victorino who plays an all out style that will always make him an injury risk. Shields already had his breakout and I think it will take more time for Delmon to get it together.

i agree with Yoda,

there isnt anyone that low even at his current ADP who has 30/30 potential... no one. and with his 2nd half surge last year he's looking more primed and healthy then ever so now is the time to get this guy cheap if you can. i wish the owner of him in my dynasty league would let him go.

at around his ADP i allready have most my OF picked and to tell the truth guys like Hermida, Hamilton, Kemp have as much of a good chance as a breakout this year then Delmon(who i think will) Victorino

victorino was hurt last year running to 1b. pulled his groin. that makes him a reckless all-out injury nightmare? im not buying it, but i do agree that id rather have weeks over any of the guys mentioned.

I'm not sold that players coming back from wrist injuries, take a hit in the power department.

I'd like to see some evidence if somebody has some. Power is not generated by the wrists at all.

Having quick hands puts a lot of torque on the ball and does generate a significant part of power.

Have you ever played baseball? Power is generated with bat speed as much as any other factor. Bat speed is largely driven by your wrist and legs and then to a lesser extent upper body strength.

D. Lee's power took a hit last season. Crawford was also struggling with a wrist injury
