Vazquez is a step above the rest. Myers and Pedro not all that far behind, but at least 20 picks.

Javi is the obvious standout IMO. He's very inconsistent I know but when he's on his 200 K potential puts him above the rest of these guys. The rest are very close, I could be biased on Myers but he's a very good pitcher who can rack up the K's. If he ever gets his head on straight he could be a standout as well.

If Buchholz gets an early chance at the rotation(via the Schilling drama), then I would bump him up a few. I like Pedro more than most this year apparently...I'm okay with that!

This is pretty close to how I have it. Vazquez and Myers are a step above the group followed by Billingsly, Wainwright and Pedro. I would take Buchholz before Lilly just due to pure upside.
