Fantasy Baseball Websites

Postby sakka252 » Sat Feb 09, 2008 5:27 pm

Sorry, I'm sure this question has been asked a number of time before, I couldn't find a thread with a good answer. Here goes...

Our fantasy league, after much debate, has finally decided to go to a keeper league format. The league is a h2h 6x6 structure, and this year we'll keep 4 players with limitations, i.e. must keep one batter, one pitcher, and one catcher or rookie. We've been on Yahoo since we started playing together in '03. Past few years we did a Plus league. It seems as though the PLUS league does not have the capability to have true full control over league rules, rulings, and overrides. Does Sportsline have this ability for the commissioner league. Basically, if we want to change something mid year we'd like to be able to do it. We're even thinking of doing a min innings and an innings cap.
Has anyone played on both sites? What are the pros and cons of each? Can you have full control on either? Which website is better from a layout perspective?

Again sorry if this question has been answered before. If it has could someone please post a link to the topic. Please let me know if I should post in a different form. Thanks.

Looking at these two websites it seems to be a nobrainer to go with Sportsline. Anyone think different?

Then click on "Full Commissioner Controls"

Change something mid-year? Why on earth would you want to do that? Leagues that change up the rules halfway through the season are the worst, most easily corruptible leagues and should be avoided at all costs.

True, and we don't change the rules ... I just want to have full control of the league.
