I recommend these if you want to get a bit more depth. Both Forecaster and Prospectus explain where they get their predictions from in way more detail than I've ever seen in any magazine. I think that this will help give you a better sense of how to value players yourself. The lessons in these books will be ones that you can 'recycle' year after year after year.
Plus, it will also serve as a larger set of 'antlers' at your draft as the other managers will have a couple of puny mags and you will have a giant book to wave around. You can look stuff up (or even pretend to look stuff up...), mumble stuff like 'woah, nice pick' or 'yikes, I would never take him there' and drive people nuts w/ the sensation that you have something they don't.
