Postby Dinger » Mon Feb 16, 2004 8:10 pm

any one think that this is the new murderers row?

Jeter - avg*
A-rod - great*
Giambi - great*
Sheiffield - great*
Williams - avg*
Posada - avg*
Matsui - avg*

*the hitter is up another level when on streak...means i rated them lower

As average as Jeter - who hit .324 last year with a bum shoulder.

Compare it to the old Murders row and lets see who would make a better hitting staff.................Who would you rather have Babe, Gehrig or Arod and Giambi.

So far, this lineup has been more Muddler's row, rather than Murderer's row. This needs to shape up or the Yanks will ship out.

They've got a formidable lineup, to be sure. But they just don't have the pitching to win, in my opinion.

Thank God.
