HELP! My Pick in Minor League Draft (1st Round)

EVERYONE not draft from the 2007 Draft plus MiLer Faustino De Los Santos, and MLers Matt Kemp and Kosuke Fukudome. No pitchers available now are worthy of this pick.
PLEASE give me an idea of who you would take in this spot depending on my team and a brief reason why. I will help anyone elses post and I will update this draft as it continues!

Joe Savery

Even though you have no place to play him, I would take Matt Kemp. Why? He's the best player out there. Make a trade to make room for him. If you don't want to do that and you want a minor leaguer I would take Moustakas.

Personally, I would take Jason Heyward if I were you. I think he'll be the best player coming out of 2007 draft, when all is said and done.

Otherwise, I'd take Moustakas.

If you want a MLBer this year, Kemp is a fine choice.

And while Savery should have gone at least 12-20 picks later, I really, really like him as well. Team1 must be a Phillie homer I presume.

Thank you everyone for your insight on which player to select with my first overall pick. I am happy to report that the overwhelming response I received about Matt Kemp gave him a clear advantage in my eyes. I drafted Kemp with the 5th overall selection, and I couldn't be happier.

So here is my thought process now...
A) I'm not taking a MLB Hitter because my roster is full in that aspect.
B) I really want a MLB Starting Pitcher
C) I also really like a MiLB Hitter
Here is who I have narrowed my choices between:
1. Shawn Hill- Injury Risk/High Reward. For some reason I really like this pick.
2. Jason Heyward- The man can hit! I've seen videos of him, and he plays for my Braves. I have a man-crush, but I think he might sneak back to me.
3. Andy Sonnanstine- Just reading some stuff on here makes me like Sonny a little bit
4. Faustino De Los Santos- Could be up quick? Like his stuff...
5. Gil Meche- Solid SP with sorry team, I dunno what to make of him.
Others worth considering:
Michael Burgess, Angel Villalona, Desmond Jennings, Beau Mills, Blake Beaven, Daniel Cortes, Neftali Feliz

I think it has to be Heyward. Hill should be there coming back shouldn't he. I can't imagine he is that high on others lists.
