2008 All-Star Game / Home Run Derby Tickets?

I might be way late on this, but have tickets gone on sale for either of these events? With this being the last year of Yankee Stadium, I'd definitely be interested in going. So...

1.) Are they on sale now? If not, when?
2.) Is it even possible to get tickets if you don't have season tickets?
3.) How much do tickets to the Derby or AS Game usually go for?

I can't find any info on Yankees.com or anything.

Do they still have the event where players take batting practice a few days before? That might be easier to get into, I went when it was here in 85. I'm guessing it's going to be next to impossible to get tix for any of the big events.

I wonder if they'll hold the All-Star game at the Metrodome it's final year...

Considering it's Yankee Stadium, I would be expecting to spend $1000+ per ticket.

The Yankees website will have all of that information. For the SF game last year, tickets never where put on sale
