It depends on the league. In a really balanced league with K's I'd take the Middle reliever. IF holds come into play i'd take him too

This is probably not the right forum to be asking these questions.

That being said, I don't put as much emphasis on MRs at the draft since dominant new ones always emerge every year from nowhere. Willingham is not sexy and probably is on the lower tier of your 48 OF spots but he has a definite role and will be playing everyday.
