Aybar Arrested for Domestic Abuse

Willy Aybar is in custody in his native Dominican Republic for domestic violence charges, a local prosecutor told ESPN Deportes.
It looks like he hasn't turned his life around after all. "Aybar is in jail since last week, and he could spend at least three more months in jail if he is convicted of domestic violence," said Jesus Fernandez Velez, the appeals court prosecutor in charge. This could result in Evan Longoria being handed the starting job at third base.

But I hope this does not affect Longoria, because earning a starting job has a bigger effect than just being given it.
