Lenny does one every day. It takes a couple podcasts to get used to his personality, but he basically spends the majority of his time getting scoops on players and whatnot, so a lot of times you'll hear things from him first.
On MLB.com podcasts, the UnderTheLights show is decent for general baseball players info. It's a 2hr show so that can keep you occupied.
The Fantasy 411 is still the best, even though it's not perfect.
FB Mafia and Rotokings make me laugh more, but they're a little unpolished and sometimes belabor the obvious a bit too much rather than offer fresh takes or strategies.
I like the 411 'cause they seem more thorough than anyone else when it comes to player analysis and strategy. You can get the podcast off the mlb.com site, but for some reason it's no longer listed on i-tunes store. Still, it's simple to copy the podcast from the mlb.com site and transfer it to your i-tunes playlist.
I'd rank Fantasy Man 2nd... his slow delivery drives me nuts sometimes, but he has good insight and talks strategy more than most of the others, which I like.
Melnick seems like he's just trying to make a buck... the slick commercialism ruins it for me. Any podcast where they seem to plug a website or service several times during the show really takes the fun out of it for the listeners.
I love Fantasy man Mock Drafts. They are funny as hell, he gets mad sometimes. He's pretty cool but it's funny how he falls in love with some players that suck. Like last year Ronny Paulino, this year Kurt Suzuki and Felipe Lopez.

Was reminded of Melnick from a post on this site last week and just lisened to 10 podcasts in 5 days..never heard him plug another site,,,do any commercials or charge for his site?? Are you sure your listening to the correct show?? Fantasy Baseball Guy is terrific as well..Fantasy Baseball Mafia has a Saturday nite POLITICAL ??? SHOW thats hysterical!!!
FBC podcast are good I have heard ..but have not listened yet
Another guy that does podcasts is The "Sultan of Stats" at fantasybaseballempire.com. I listen to his podcasts even though I don't like em too much. Kind of obvious and incorrect at times. Voice can get annoying.
And yeah, the Fantasy Man podcast is good for entertainment value and some decent info. alike. His broadcasted mock drafts are hilarious, especially the mock auction one from a way back. I know he just updated his site at fantasybaseballexpress.com . And Lenny Melnick and Greco just joined forces at a new website, melnickandgrecofantasysports.com . I think the old Lenny Melnick site is getting phased out for this one.
At any rate, there are several hours of new podcasts available every day if you play your cards right. Just enough to bide time until the season gets here.
