Seeing as how most leagues generally have a max innings pitched I've been thinking about that as I start to make my projections. I haven't looked at this much but I've been thinking about the strikeout category in particular in relation to rotating pitchers in, specifically RP vs. SP. To me it would seem like K/9 would be a better stat to look at than straight Ks with the ability to specifically use several RPs vs a SP. Having a high K/9 would effectively maximize your Ks per Innings which would seem like what you would want to do. Not sure though if your being under the IP cap by doing so would make it worth not just starting more SPs and ignoring all this.

Depends on your roster spots and league settings (i.e. if you have SP spots or just a lot of P spots which can be filled with RP's)
I think you need a good mix considering you have to fill a certain number of innings, not to mention what kinds of points you get for Wins vs for Saves.
