1 Replacement for Dynasty league draft needed

We are in the 10th round of our 20 team dynasty major league draft. we will also have a minor league draft. we are having to remove one owner though. this is our first replacement for the league and we want to make a good choice. we keep entire rosters each year and have a 10 man minor league draft.
