Fausto is highly unknown, even in scouting circles. He seemingly has a very high upside but a lot of prospect sites don't even rank him yet because of his lack of milb experience and a lack of scouting reports. I eagerly await your decision! :-D

Mills is definetly the safer choice, but if you'd like to roll the dice de los Santos could be anything from a set-up reliever to a top of the rotation starter. He has great stuff, he just has to harness it all.
