Will the pickup of Arod help or hurt the rest of the Yankee lineup?
I think it will knock some of Sheff and Giambi's numbers, and I also think that Arod and Sheff will not run at all this year.
If Jeter leads off or hits second behind Lofton his numbers could get better, espcially if he starts to run more.
What about the rest of the line up?
Lofton, Matsui, Posada, Bernie, etc?

assuming that A-Rod hits 3rd
Loften- Value goes up, more runs scored and more AB's
Jeter- Same as loften. Value goes up
A-Rod- value goes up in that lineup. you cant pitch around him at all
Giambi- Value goes up, More RBI and AB's
Shef- probably less SB's, But his value increased coming over to the yanks. same value as last year
Bernie- value goes up, but its tough to judge how he will perform after last year
Matsui- I think he will hit a few more HR's than last year. his value doesnt increase much
Posada- his value is lower than last year IMO. he wont repeat last year's numbers, and is hitting lower in the order with little protection from whoever is batting 9th. still an elite catcher though
2B- Not much fantasy value anyway as of now.
welcome home andy
