Where do you guys see Randy Johnson going in this years drafts? Last year he was a sure fire first rounder. After having tons of injuries and a very down year he has a lot less steam. Is he worth the gamble that he's going to go back to his old form or have we seen the best years pass him? discuss....

if he shows that he is fully healthy and effective in ST, he is going to shoot up everybody's draft boards. if i drafted today, i probably wouldnt end up with him, because alot of people consider him a second round pick and i dont usually take a pitcher that early. the only exception this year would be if prior falls past pick # 6.

I snagged him in the 5th round of my draft yesterday

I don't think he will be as dominant as he was. And remeber he was DOMINANT. The best in the game. RJ should still bounce back for a good season and I think if he comes back full throttle and Webb repeats last year the Dbacks could surprise people and take the NL West.

I sure hope so. But even if he doesn't bounce back to what he was, he's still better than 90% of the pitchers out there.
