Phillips, Reds; Not on same page

Does anyone know what year of arbitration this is for Phillips? It seems the Reds are low-balling him a bit, especially if this is his 2nd year of arbitration. If it's his first...it's a little more reasonable. But I think if they went to arbitration that Phillips could well win.

It is his first year of arbitration. He has just over 3 yrs MLB service time.

Well I hope BP doesn't relax now that he has a big contract. I liked that he was playing for a contract. Good news for the Reds though. As for the guy who said "good move again Krivsky". When has Krivsky ever made a good move? Though Arroyo was pretty solid.
