Looking for Auction, Roto, Weekly League

Hey gang, I've been playing fantasy sports for years. Mostly, I've been involved with H2H leagues holding snake drafts. I've been trying to find the ideal league, maybe you can help. Here's the criteria:

- Auction draft, salary caps
- 5x5 roto scoring (I guess 6x6 could work too, but no scoring systems completely off the wall)
- Weekly roster changes (opposed to daily)
- CBS preferred
- New keeper league preferred, but I'd be willing to hear about a team takeover
