My buddy and I are starting a new 30 team dynasty league. It's pretty complex so we're looking for only the best/most experienced GM's- that's why I went to the baseball board instead of the basketball board (which would probably fill the league quicker.) Cost is 10 bucks per team to cover the cost of running it through CBSsportsline. There will be a franchise draft (order decided on first come first served basis) and GM's will keep 8 players from their ML roster, then there will be a 10 round player draft from all the remaining players, giving each team 18 major league players. The final 7 spots on your big league roster will be filled via free agency. Each team will submit bids on the players that they want and the team offering the highest annual salary wins the player. There will be different salary caps for each team to emulate their real life counterparts. To compensate for the monetary advantage/disadvantage, the lower market teams will be allowed to franchise tag or restrict some of their players to keep the big market teams from simply buying all the talent. In addition to the 25 man ML roster, there will be a 15 man Minor League roster (for a total of 40 guys) comprised of any 15 prospects from that teams minor league clubs. It is a 12 category roto format: average, runs, rbi, hr, sb, ops, wins, k's, era, whip, holds, saves. Currently we only have a handful of guys and we're looking to fill it with active, knowledgable and good-natured guys. If you're interested in learning more about the league or being a part of it, send me an e-mail at
