Holds

My league has holds as a category, what do you think are some good guys that are good for holds and help out K's/WHIP/ERA also?

Only guy that comes to mind is Heath Bell. Also, what would you say is a good round(12 teams) to pick up the first one of these guys?

Holders are like closers in that their value can depend on a manager's whim. In 12 team I would not pick one before round 20. In that league, there will be PLENTY of good holders on the waiver wire.

I like getting 2 stud relievers around rounds 18-20. I did this in the mock I'm doing right now where I picked up Broxton and Bell. They will give you a nice K/9 and not eat up too many innings. They will also get the occasional vulture win or save.
