when will cbs let my freinds join my league

i have created my league and have been waitin for bout a week now. when can i send out the invites and when can people join does anybody know this

you can send out invites immediately. on the, "league home" select the, "teams and owners" and go from there.

0-3 to 4-3. Worst choke in the history of baseball. Enough said.
