Thinking of becoming a Royals fan

I need a 2nd team and I am considering making the Royals just that. Anyone care to give me a good reason not to?

Now's a great time to become a Royals fan. Ex-Brave Dayton Moore leaned much from Brave GM John Schierholz (sp) is building excitement and a good team.

KC's always been supportive, even in the lean years (and there have been far too many of the lean years lately). We're hoping that the coaching staff and scouting departments does a good job of bringing in and developing the talent they have now and generate in the next few years.

If we make as many strides forward this year as we did last year then we are on the road to recovery of playoff years of the 70's & 80's, especially in the tough AL Central.
