I can't believe that all of you love THE SANDLOT.

EIGHT MEN OUT is not only the best baseball movie, it accurately deals with a true baseball historical event. :-B

KEN BURN'S BASEBALL was a PBS documentary which did not have a cinematic release, but was a film none the less. It would have been my pick for best film about baseball. ;-D

Why wasn't The Slugger's Wife offered as a choice?

Michael O'Keefe (Danny Noonan from Caddyshack) and a sultry Rebecca De Mornay (yummmy)????? No?

I'm just kidding. It's really a horrible movie. Used to be on HBO 10 times a day back in the 80s. Rebecca De Mornay is a cruddy actress, but she's hot as anything. ;-D

I'm more of a football guy, so I've never seen <gulp> The Sandlot. I know, I know, it's a great movie, but I've never gotten around to seeing it. Looks like I'll be making a trip to Blockbuster tonite. Just for the record, I voted for Bull Durham. I get a laugh out of that film everytime I watch it. ;-D

I could watch 61* over and over without getting bored. I loved it soo much. BUT, I love Sandlot even more, so that got my vote.
