guy i could really use your help on this one. this is my first year being the commish and i have a league of ten friends that live locally. we want to have a live draft at somebodys house and then just let me put the players on everybodys team. is that possible can that be done.? please tell me if this is possible. and also if you have any other suggestions for my first year please hlep

Same here. When CBS opens up, just see if they have an option for an offline draft. I'm pretty sure they do.

I've been on CBS for at least 3 years, it can be done, no problem.

Yes, you can enter the results of an offline draft. In the league SETUP there is a DRAFT & ROSTERS tab. Select that and there is a drop-down box for you to choose your roster fill option. The bottom option in the list is 'By Entering Off-line Draft Results (manual rosters entry)'.

Just a quick tip, you can enter in the results of your draft in the league setup, but it's 100 times easier and safer to do it via Add/Drop functions afterwards. If you get half way through your draft and screw something up, you have no record of who went where and how. By using Add/Drop to put players on teams, you get logs of you putting players on teams. However, you don't get to look at the round by round draft results on sportslines little draft results page if you do it that way.

You can also have the commissioner log on at the location of the draft and enter the picks through the draft room as they happen.

This way, your whole draft is stored in your league archive.
