Saito out till at least September w/ sprained elbow ligament..
After undergoing an MRI, Takashi Saito has been diagnosed with a sprained ligament in his right elbow.
The 38-year-old will rehab the injury for six weeks and then be reevaluated, meaning he's out until at least September. He will be placed on the 15-day disabled list on Friday, and Jonathan Broxton should certainly be grabbed in every league where available.

Rays June 14: Activated pitcher Troy Percival from the 15-day disabled list; placed pitcher Al Reyes on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to June 10.

That says June 14. That was the first time he was on the DL
