Not against this, but it's kind of inevitable that somebody will drop a no longer eligible player thinking he is still eligible, and somebody else will swipe him up. I can already see the controversy...

Ditto.
EDIT: Meaning the highlighted problem is my concern.
How many votes are needed to pass on the questions that have more than two choices?

We could take the top two choices and vote again. Otherwise, assuming everyone votes... round( 12 / N ) + 1 ...where N is the number of choices.

I personally think we should take the top 2 and revote unless one gets a majority from the beginning, so I think at any stage it should take 50% +1 to win.
I think we should keep this one as is. I wouldn't be opposed to trying to make a new rule regarding pitchers who are sent down and then brought up again for every start, but that might be too complex. Bottom line is: if you're lucky enough to have a player in your farm that gives you that flexibility, so be it. It incentivizes people to do their research and find players who are going to be good in their rookie year.
Hasn't there been discussion about adding a bench slot as well? This would help people be able to keep players who are no longer minor league eligible that are also not yet effective as MLB players.
