12 team standard mixed auction league ($1000 budget)
Each team drafts 25 players - 2 C,1B,2B,SS,3B, 5 Outfielders, 8 SP and 2 relievers.
In 2007 we had FOUR keepers allowed per team ($10 annual increase). We can keep ONE Infielder, outfielder, pitcher and 4th can be any position. We are considering allowing SIX keepers in 2008 but a few teams object. Offseason trades are allowed.
What other reasons would support my argument to increase allowable keepers to SIX in 2008 ?
1. reward teams that have better auction and get more bargains / sleepers that pan out
2. increase trades
